Last week we were able to eat dinner on the patio for the first time this year! yay!!!

Last week, both boys requested sushi. So Saturday night we had a sushi feast! Leo loves California Rolls - he asked me if I would make them for his lunch every day. Um, no. I only made one roll for the boys to share b/c that's about as much as they usually eat, and Leo wanted more this time!

This little girl is so cute and just warmed right up to Henry recently. She will be in his K class, so it's fun that he will already know someone.

They had these funky robotic animals that walked around and could be ridden by the kids. It was really one of the oddest things I've seen in quite awhile. This is all the kids waiting for their turns.

Getting groceries with Henry

There is a relatively new grocery store right up the street that has totally won me over. I just can't do WalMart anymore! They have normal groceries and also some nicer things...prepared foods...a beautiful salad bar...nice cheeses...etc. They also recognize us. When we walked in this week, one of the baggers said, "Hi, Henry!"

Henry recently discovered that this store has little carts for children. I always need a few extra groceries for the weekend, so we have started going on Friday mornings with a short list. We go really early in the morning when a three-year-old can wander aimlessly...and there are few enough people that they think he's cute. ;) I find the items, and Henry puts them in the cart. And he always gets to pick out some yogurt at the end...and then we go get a fancy cookie. What a life!
