Countdown

For an activity one day, Leo made us a chain so we can countdown how many days until school starts. At this point, we had 58 days...Todd told me he didn't think this was a great idea since it was very, very long. We hung it on the banister, and Leo tears off a chain every night.

In a jeep in the new African Savannah exhibit. In theory, a cheetah could climb into the back of the jeep. There is plexiglass between the front of the jeep and the back....which is a flatbed sticking into the cheetah exhibit.

The new giraffe exhibit is great b/c it is sunken...so the boys can look the giraffes in the eye. It really is a different way to see a giraffe.
