They were very busily putting a new house in front of our little rental.

Todd and I both loved the blue of this house. Very classy beachy.

We flew kites at the end of our morning beach time. The wind was perfect.

Crystal Beach - Tuesday

Todd took the boys to the beach on Tuesday morning, and I went to The Big Store (that is really the name) to get groceries. It is a full grocery store, souveneir shop, and Ace Hardware. I didn't get any pictures of the super exciting grocery shopping.

The boys wanted to be buried in the sand. They had been talking about this for days before we left for the beach.

Our cabana.

You can drive on the beach here. I thought this might be annoying, but it wasn't a big deal. People were always getting stuck at the entrance right behind us. There was a guy who kept coming to pull people out. We decided maybe he is employed by the city b/c he was always there to help.

I made this huge bag for our beach toys. It worked great.

I found some sand molds at Walgreens that were US and international landmarks. They were fun!

We had steak the first night. It was cool enough to eat outside at night!
