As it should be...

my ironwork is back on the wall!

We used robe hooks this time instead of nails. Genius! They are much, much more stable than they were in Plano on the nails. We're very pleased with how they look. And to think....somebody suggested that I leave them at our old house!

Next I'm going to get the couch recovered. So imagine something more neutralish underneath.

Fun at the Petting Zoo

A couple of weeks ago, we visited a great petting zoo at Fritz Park in Irving. Both of the boys loved it! These were the best petting zoo animals I think I've seen - one even calmly moved to present his back when Henry tried to grab his face.

Fort Worth Zoo

Since we are 30 mins. from the FW Zoo, we got a membership this year. We are absolutely loving it. Here are some pictures from one day in June when we met up with Miss Allie, Evan, and baby Luke. We pack our lunch, slather on the sunscreen, and make a day of it.
