We decided to eat at Miller's on the seawall. It is locally owned - you know how I love that.

After lunch, we went to Seawolf Park. If you know us at all...you know Todd LOVES to tour ships, submarines, etc. And through him...I have developed an interest as well. So, now, we indoctrinate the children.
First, we toured a submarine.

This was the laminate in the galley in the sub. It is ALSO the laminate in my parent's house when I was growing up....very weird to see on a submarine!!!

We stopped at a convenience store near Seawolf Park for water and gas. This was painted on the wall. Is it a troll? Is it a pig? Todd decided the owner of this gas station was a UT Fan.

Getting back on the ferry to go home. I had to get a picture of this...we saw it every time. The speed limit is SEVEN. Because five is too slow, and ten is obviously out of the question.

Glad to see folks enjoying Crystal Beach. This is my "home" beach only 30 miles from where I grew up. Did you go to the McFaddin Lighthouse? Or what was left of it following Ike?
