A Rainy Sunday

Leo has been telling us for a long time that he wants to ride the scooter he got WHEN HE TURNED ONE out on the sidewalk. Sometimes he gets ahold of things like this and can't let go - don't know WHERE he could get that little trait from.

So I got suited up in my new Beco. Isn't it beautiful? It moves the weight to my hips and everything is much more padded. And it has clips instead of straps that have to tie - we love it.

So we get outside, and Leo FINALLY gets this checked off his list.

So we switch to the bike and head to the park.

We had been watching these clouds...we thought they were moving away from us, but we suddenly realized we were being surrounded. Leo was really disappointed, so I had to think fast and come up with an alternative plan. We headed home.

The alternative plan was to go to the "Funky Mall" (TJMaxx and Garden Ridge Mall) and ride the quarter rides. We raided Daddy's money jar and loaded up in the car. We beat the rain, and Leo thought it was a great afternoon.
