Leo at 7am - taking apart some sort of old computer thing. He is interested in screwing things in and unscrewing these days. We are working on something more child-friendly.

Sunday afternoons have been kind of long around here lately (Leo jumping off of things, Leo bothering Henry, Leo screaming the same things over and over, Leo wanting to eat all day...), so I've been determined all week that we wouldn't hang around here all Sunday afternoon. So our first Sunday desperation outing was to the Dallas Arboretum. Once we got there, Leo immediately found a "gun."

A family came by and offered to take a picture of the four of us together. It's pretty good, I think. I've sent it to the photoshop gurus I know for a little surgery, so I'll send a big file to you (family) when I get an enhanced version.

A big first! I'm having lots of trouble getting Henry to drink out of anything but a bottle - but he liked this. Or maybe he was just so dehydrated that he was delirious. It's a first step towards something besides a bottle, I guess. It was hard to give tiny sips from the big bottle...

It was a great day! Sunday desperation activities are much better than sitting around the house, slowly going out of your mind.

When we got home, Leo ate a carrot. I had to document this, since I have been waiting for him to eat any vegetable for quite awhile now. He only ate one...but, good enough.
