Mount Magazine Part II

The first full day that we were at the cabin, Todd requested to just sit all day and enjoy the silence. No one asking for a juice, fighting, needing potty help, etc. It was lovely. He did his computer thing and I crocheted.

We did shrimp tacos for dinner that night with chips and salsa, beans, and another twice-baked potato.

We did S'Mores in the fireplace while watching American Idol...

The next morning when I woke up early, there were deer eating in front of the cabin.

There were eventually 9 out there at one time. They saw me taking their picture, and they really weren't fazed.

Then we did some exploring on the great trails. GORGEOUS! Nice cool weather and fresh air.

We had such a great, restful, rejuvenating time in Arkansas! Thanks, Brooksie and Papa, for keeping the boys.

We took highway 7 out of Arkansas to get to LA to pick up our little men. My old stomping grounds.

I was so thrilled to get to see Mamaw (aka GG) and visit with her and Aunt Carolyn for a bit.
